Closely following our patient's welfare and treatment is the status of the underlying legal claim, if any.  While the physical structure of our facility, our systems, trained staff and medical facility are designed to diagnose and treat the patient, our vertical systems integration is geared toward meeting the highly personalized needs of the personal injury (PI) and worker’s compensation (WC) attorney along with his/her staff that specialize in this type of law and litigation at all stages throughout the duration of a case.

           •    Our diagnosticians take an in-depth, team approach to every case  — combining the chiropractic and medical models; and, taking the best from each.   When necessary and where justified, we refer patients out for MRI/CT scans to be certain that we do not miss anything that can turn your plain vanilla PI or WC case into a substantial claim whenever there is an evidentiary basis in fact to do so and a deep pocket or insurance coverage to cover the costs.  We also perform NCV (Nerve Conduction Velocity) and EMG (Electromyography) testing on premises as well as VNG (Videonystagmography) testing for brain lesions and vertigo.

           •    Our trained staff knows how to keep your client comfortable with his/her diagnostic and treatment plan taking the load off your shoulders to keep the client in line with your litigation goals.

           •    If there is good faith basis to so, we have a substantial track record of taking cases to a higher level where other diagnosticians have found nothing and, connecting the dots, we are able to turn an ordinary claim into a much more significant claim, thereby providing the PI or WC practitioner with more leverage when dealing with self insured defendants and insurance companies.

           •    We document everything!  All of our expert reports are twice reviewed by trained staff, including our paralegal, for substance and form to meet your courtroom or mediation needs.

           •    We also perform IME’s for defense counsel making an accurate, fair and proper evaluation while utilizing the latest diagnostic measuring equipment to give you, the attorney, an independent medical examination that you can trust and upon which you may rely.

           •    We have four full-time chiropractors on staff to help your client through those tough and uncomfortable first few weeks following an accident.

           •    As treatment progresses from the initial stage to the rehabilitative phase, our experienced chiropractic physicians together with our on-staff neurologist and board certified orthopedic surgeon work together, as a team, to develop a plan of treatment predicated upon a full diagnostic work-up.

           •    Our chiropractic physicians, three males and a one female, along with our staff MD’s, have an excellent bedside manner, and know and understand how to comfortably work with your client so that after treatment, they leave our facility feeling stronger, rejuvenated and certainly better than when they arrived.

           •    We offer limited in-house transportation for patients who are not mobile and cannot drive to our facility.
