Personal Trainer - Ludmia Sylvestre

Affectionately know to all as "Mia" - her personal story of fitness and wellness is an inspiration to everyone.  Before she had her epiphany about personal fitness, Mia led a solitary, unhealthy life.  As you can see from the before and after picture, below, she doesn't just speak the words about personal fitness, she actually walks-the-walk and is an incentive to everyone who seeks her assistance to take their recuperation, recovery and fitness to a totally new and higher level.

Mia is available to our patients who seek her assistance to transform their bodies as she, herself did.  If the phrase "A Picture Is Worth More Than a Thousand Words" means anything, then the photo below speaks volumes about Mia's personal determination and the intensity of her beliefs.

Mia is an award-winning fitness trainer who recently won the prestigious International Fitness and Body Building Europa contest in 2011.  Most recently, on July 10, 2011, at Ft. Lauderdale, FL, she won the overall fitness award at the NPC Southern States' Championships.
